I am a
middle-aged adult male who never ceased to be bored with any work position I had until I
finally discovered that the world of computer systems and programming was the only area
that gave me satisfaction and allowed a creativity not before found in my life. My home is
on the hillside of a somewhat wooded peninsula, overlooking southern middle Tennessee's Tims Ford Lake. I enjoy life
and living it well. Music complements my existence, and managing my resources keeps me
busy, as I am usually considered by most of those who know me to be quite efficient at it.
I find beauty in nature and in the fruits of the creative efforts of man through art,
exploration of science and technology, and innovative research. I am usually moderate with
a slight leaning toward the fiscal conservative side of the political spectrum. I won't
discuss my religious views, since doing so would probably end up stepping on way too many
toes. I will say this though. I despise hypocrisy. I generally believe in adhering to the
policy of "live and let live". I believe strongly that everyone has some degree
of good in them, and I enjoy being able to find that quality about them. Making friends
and acquaintances all over the globe is given high priority in my agenda of things to do.
I enjoy observing the flora and fauna of the area in which I live. Here are a few of the "critters"
who inhabit the area. I also am making plans to travel to the countries of Scandinavia
in the summer of '98 with a big emphasis on seeing the many splendors that Norway has to
offer.
