Another Waffle house night. I tried our local flavor, the Barbara Special... I think that's what it was. It was alright, a 4 of 10, but nothing to Cookevilles Klump Burger. That's the king baby.

Describe the "Clump Burger".
Is it mearly a clump of meat instead of a patty, or something more?

It was Chris Stone's thing. He's managing the Sonic on Jackson these days.
If I recall it was a steakburger base. You could "scramble" them and mix in all kinds of stuff. This had scrambled in it lots of cheese, onions, jalopenos, and maybe bacon.
It's one of those things that I get shot at when I eat. Man was it good.
