The Mushroom Sound 2006/04/15 4 comments
I am enrolled at TTU for the fall semester. I have 7 hours of classes between geology, lab for geology and pre-calculus. Don't cheer yet, cheer when I've completed the semester with acceptable grades.
Nothing new aside from that... except I found the wave file for the Mushroom Sound!

Your link is not working right now.

One the subject, this is an awesome site if you've never checked it out:

Tool Assisted Game Movies

That 'ole side of you that would have you fiddling with the Genie Genie or hex editors would really dig some movies, like the Mega Man (1) speedrun. They use an emulator to input the control script frame by frame, and abuse alot of glitches (and early NES games had alot). You can download it as a movie via BitTorrent and watch it.

I know Carl could definitely appreciate a video of some beating Friday the 13th in 3 minutes & 4 seconds! (He'd have to see it to believe it.)

Good luck at school!

Not entirely sure what happened to my wav. It dissapeared from my harddrive too. After a few minutes of searching I found the original I downloaded. Link should be working.

Holy shit, that sound brings back some memories!

Congrats on school, I know you'll have better than acceptable grades, don't sell yourself short. And I think you should've put an art class in there somewhere.
