Inadvertently, I feel that the lyrics of "The Dam At Otter Creek" are meaningful.

Why didn't the f'ing otters build the stinkin' dam, seeing as how it was "Otter Creek" and that's what otters do?!
Or was the individual who wrote the song an otter?
