41. John Andrew CASE was born in Sep 1875 in ???? Tennessee. He died on Dec 18 1949 in Western State Hospital Bolivar Hardeman County Tennessee.

He was married to Leona PICKENS. Leona PICKENS was born in 1869. She died in 1946. At the 1999 Case Reunion, someone made a note that Leona's maiden name was Pickens. Prior to then, I did not know her maiden name. There was also a notation that R D Pickens was either her brother or cousin. R D Pickens was a reisdent at Hardin Home Nursing Home for many years. He was there when Ether and Bertha Case Blanton were there. John Andrew CASE and Leona PICKENS had the following children:
