He was married to Flora A HENRY on Feb 26 1879 in McNairy County Tennessee.⁽⁵⁾ The bondsman for Charlie Case and Flora Henry was E. A. Case. They were married by J. H. Curry, Magistrate. Flora A HENRY was born on Jan 27 1857. She died on Feb 22 1927. She was buried in Mt Vinson Cemetery McNairy County Tennessee. Charlie CASE and Flora A HENRY had the following children:
