Carl Parks and Society's Lee Allen
"There is no secret so close as that between a rider and his horse" R.S.Surtees

We have owned our beautiful, chestnut roan sabino stallion, Society's Lee Allen, since a colt and have been standing him at stud since 1996.  Society's Lee Allen is a rare jewel in breeding. A son of the Heritage stallion, Paige's Echo, grandson of the Heritage stallion, Mark's Cracker Jack and great grandson of the Heritage stallion, Red Bud's Rascal, he will produce foals that will walk the natural walk of years gone by. His off springs are strong boned, people friendly, and highly intelligent horses for both trail riding and the pleasure show ring. He is registered TWHBEA and SSHBEA and is DNA tested. Read more about him on our stallion page and check out his old foundation lines

Carl has been training horses since he was a boy.  Working with his father's horses, then with his own, he has developed his own method of training.  He believes in starting every foal right. That they should be respectful but not fearful, inquisitive but not demanding, eager to please and people loving.  If you watch RFD channel, you will see many variations on training of the horse, Carl's method seems to incorporate all the good ideas.  He specializes in Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Saddle Horses that will be ridden flat shod.  He trains all his horses to trail ride which he believes calms them and gives the horse a good attitude towards approaching strange sights.  All his horses are respectful towards handling of their feet and trailer loading.  Good stall manners are a must as well as being steady when on the lead rope.  To see some fine examples of his training, please check out our horses for sale.
