From the Pastor
With sadness I announce to the community the resignation of Diana Salsbury as our parish secretary-bookkeeper. Recognizing the growth of the parish and the demands on volunteers, the parish chose to create in 2004 its first employee position. Diana became the first parish employee. We thank her for having shared her gifts and talents with us in this capacity. We wish her well in her new endeavors.
During the interim, phone calls will be automatically forwarded to Fr. Bill or to St. Paul Church Office. A job description will be available soon which lists the skills and requirements needed. Office hours will be held on Wednesdays.
If you know of someone, even yourself, who may qualify or be interested in this position, please contact Fr. Bill.

St. Mark Church will be taking part in the new program "Why Catholic." The program targets the adult faith formation in the church. It is a four year program that is given for six weeks during the Advent and Lenten seasons. We have three people who have agreed to be leaders. We will need more people to sign up. That would help us to rotate leaders in the four year plan. There will be training for the leaders. If interested, please contact Father Kelly (455-3060) or call the church office (723-4107).
