Enrollment

St. Paul is currently accepting enrollment for the 2012-2012 school year, grades K-8.  Please call school office to schedule a private tour.

 

 

 

    NEW STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESS CHECKLIST

 

  I. ACADEMIC ACCEPTANCE

 

 Step 1: The Tour

 

Please call the school office to schedule a personalized tour with our school

principal, Mrs. Susan Molvik.  The tour will take approximately one hour and will

be an opportunity to sit down and discuss the school and answer any questions

you have, this will be followed by a tour of the classrooms and campus.

 

 Step 2: The Visitation Day

 

After the tour, you may schedule a day for your child to spend at St. Paul the

Apostle Catholic School.

 

Following the day, there will be a brief meeting with Mrs. Molvik or a faculty

member.

 

 Step 3: The Acceptance

 

Shortly after visitation day, an acceptance letter and Enrollment Contract will be

sent to you.  After returning the Enrollment Contract with $100.00 enrollment fee

the Academic Enrollment process is complete

 

                         Return completed Enrollment Contract

 

          Enclose $100.00 enrollment fee

 

          Send Birth Certificate

 

          Send official immunization record form pediatrician’s office

 

          Send Catholic Baptismal Record (if applicable)

 

 

 

   All incoming Kindergartener’s need to schedule an appointment

 

       for Kindergarten screening.  Please contact the school office.

 

                            II. FINANCIAL ENROLLMENT

 

 Step 4:

 

Return enclosed Tuition Agreement

Return SMART Enrollment Form

 

 Step 6:

 

Financial aid is limited and need based only.  Applications may be obtained in the

school office.
