Our Mission
Trinity Care Center (TCC) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to giving respite care on a daily basis
to the frail or elderly who are unable to stay alone or who are socially isolated.
Our Goals
- To assist the participant so they can remain in the community
- To build a supportive environment
- To promote independence and foster socialization
- To maintain/restore level of functioning
- To provide support, respite, and education to caregivers
Our Place
- Is safe and comfortable
- Is handicapped accessible
- Is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large landscaped yard
Our Services
- Trained staff and volunteers
- Registered nurse at TCC
- Daily group and one-on-one activities

- Scheduled rest periods and meals
Hours / Attendance / Cost
Trinity Care Center provides services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other arrangements
may be made. Participants may attend full or partial days. The cost of care is available from
Trinity Care Center.
